Just out of curiosity I want to see everyone's point of view on this. how many calories below maintenance do you guys usually go? is 700-800 below maintenance a lot? and how many grams of carbs and protein per pound do you take ? and how many refeed days do you usually do ?

500 is usually the starting point. Then adjust as necessary. Everyone is different. You have to find what your equilibrium point is. The point where you use as much as intake. That takes a little bit of experiment to find. Once you know that you can adjust ur nutrition as needed to fit your goals. You will find that that will make a huge difference in any kind of goals you set going forward

yes, everyone is different and it also depends on your situation.. how much you are trying to cut etc... there's a lot of factors than just saying "you are cutting" so i cant really answer that as its written and EVERYONE is different on how much carbs and protein they take in depending on goals and their sensitivities... clearly if you are cutting, you want to keep your carbs at least moderate and not go too high... protein would be variant but i like mine higher when cutting

500 below maintenance took me from 20% - 12% over a period of 2 years. When I added Tren I was able to get down to 10%.

I really go by macros and food choices. I have a different approach then most. My coach is Stan The Rhino Efferding so we discuss on the reaction of food digesting and the use of the nutrients the food choices we use for functionality. Dylan is right is depends on the person as we are all different

For me, I don't go into much of a defecit....maybe 200-300 but I also am never at a point where I have to lose much. I stay very lean all the time. As others pointed out everyone is different. Somebody that has say 30 lbs to lose Obvioulsy is going to have to probably go to more than a 300 defecit unless they want to cut for a REALLY long time.

For general purposes, I'd say you want to stay in the fat loss range of 1-2 lbs per week with 2 lbs being the maximum. 3500 calories equals a pound roughly so you can do the math. That comes out to 500 per day to get that one pound.
