Cruising and it's challenges

I'm on week two of my cruise and I hate cruising although it is a necessary evil. The mental aspects of it are a bitch because you know whats coming as far as reduced strength, some physical changes as far as hardness depending on what you were running... it's mostly mental, but the physical changes are real. I've changed my routine now to compensate. Benching 400+ is no longer, I just do a ton of sets at 225 and 315 now to keep strength decent and flood the muscles. Arm strength is still there as preacher curling 90lb db's hasn't changed. Legs are where they were, just the real heavy shit is being avoided to prevent injury.
Ten more weeks to go... meh. Why can't we just stay on without fear of adverse sides? Oh if the world were mine to rule...

Could be worse...
At least there's no PCT to deal with. And you don't have to wait that extra 4-6 weeks.

Valid point though.
I would vote the 44 to rule the world.

These days anymore, I actually look forward to my cruises. I like to take that time to let my body recover from the beating it took on cycle. It can be a mindfuck when you don't look as big and full as you did when you are on, and of course the numbers are down but it's necessary and I generally like the simplicity and peace of mind of just truly "cruising" for a while both mentally and physically. It's also nice only pinning that one 200mg shot of cyp each week

Yes cruising is pretty mental for the most part but at least you're still maintaining most of what you've gained, sure you might go a little soft and not have that intense focus + strength but you gotta give your body a break from the stress. No lie that's why I stick to long esters so I can stay on for longer.

No, I feel the same for the most part and I feel great. I just have to tell my mind that right now my 3cc syringes are strictly for decoration.

I was talking with this guy who is the same height as me, outweighs me by 5 pounds and competes as a bodybuilder. Same proportions with exception to arms, his are 19.5" and mine are 22.25". He kept telling me strength wasn't essential to size per say because he curls 55's, but I kept looking at his arms thinking to myself... "Apparently it does to some degree even if just a little". My delts kill his as well as I do side laterals with 50's and he was using 25's... I'm no expert, but bigger is bigger.

what i have done with my cruises is tinker with adding different compounds at a cruise dose... what i have found to be extremely effective is cruising test and deca 150/150 with a sarms bridge... im telling you right now, you will be shocked at how you feel on this cruise...

Rick,Do you feel you need an AI at 200mgs a week?I've been doing 175mgs (150 before that) the past week or so & haven't "felt" the need for it.It(200) just seems kinda high for TRT,but I know everyone's different.
(not trying to derail the thread. It seems pertinent to the topic)
