I am a crossfitter and was seeking some info on the endurance cycle from Sarmsx.
I am pretty happy with my strength numbers, they grow fairly consistanly.
Snatch - 231
Clean and Jerk - 300
Back squat - 375
Front squat - 330
Deadlift - 446
Strict press - 176
My issue is my engine, longer workouts seem to destroy me! I love shorter workouts but I need to improve on the longer ones!
I am looking at the 12 week course of GW and SR-9009, could someone please shed some light on dosing protocol and PCT, also can I run this year round..?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
