Creatine and bloating

Hey guys, get my greetings from Asia! I have been a very vivid bodybuilder for over 8 years now, and I have been usually using BCAA's and proteins as my main supplements for gym performance. But now long ago, several weeks ago, I started using creatine too. I like the effects I get from the creatine in the gym, but it gets me hella bloated and makes me fart a lot, and I mean it - a lot! Is there anything wrong with my creatine, or maybe it is something normal with this kind of supplements? What can I do? Thanks all!
 
Usually, creatine as such should not cause bloating issues, and no flatulences. However, this is frequently seen with creatine products that contain lactose it them. Therefore, most probably it is your stomach struggling with the lactose digestion. First of all, take digestion enzymes and pro-biotics - this should help alleviate the situation. However, for the next time get yourself some creatine that will not have lactose in it. For instance, Ancient Strength by N2BM has no lactose in it, so you should not have this kind of problems with it.
