Hey guys, get my greetings from Asia! I have been a very vivid bodybuilder for over 8 years now, and I have been usually using BCAA's and proteins as my main supplements for gym performance. But now long ago, several weeks ago, I started using creatine too. I like the effects I get from the creatine in the gym, but it gets me hella bloated and makes me fart a lot, and I mean it - a lot! Is there anything wrong with my creatine, or maybe it is something normal with this kind of supplements? What can I do? Thanks all!
