Hey guys, I need your help. I am 4 weeks into my cycle of testosterone, anavar, and winstrol. Lately, especially in the last two weeks, I have been having some random cramps, and they are really strong. Due to the physical nature of my work, these cramps are a problems. Maybe I did some bad injections, or there are some other possibilities? Thanks everybody!

This is not surprising at all with the two extremely dry compounds that you are using at the same time. What surprises me, is that you are not suffering from joint dryness. Anyhow, this is something completely normal when you take such dry compounds as anavar, and cramps are one of the most notorious side effects of anavar. You need to supplement yourself with taurine (roughly 3 grams per day) potassium (just eat more bananas), calcium, and drink more water. Caffeine is also pretty effective at reducing cramps and excessive pumps.
