IVE LITERALLY TRIED ALL THE DIETS ABOVE AND STILL NOT WORKING ..... Guys i am 5 ' 7 , 175-177 pounds ,10 % bf, i've been counting calories for since i started bodybuilding 2 years ago im just 20 years old and my macros are 40/40/20 .. i guess i;ve gotten lean enough but im facing one problem , my lower belly fat ..i mean my body fat is 10 percent and my first 4 abs are out its just my lower belly that isn't going away for some reason im doing alot of lower ab movements with weights and without , im not doing cardio for almost a month now but even when i was doing cardio it wasnt going away , im natural just using a little bit of supplements when im bulking proteins and creatines and when im cutting protein and pre workouts , but that lower belly doesn't seem to go away neither to my physique is getting hard .. it feels like it has water if u know what i mean,, but i look lean and my abs show , i was once very overweighted ... GUYS ANY SUGGESTIONS .. IM THINKING TO USE FAT BURNERS LIKE , hydroxicut and cla and l-carnitine , together for 2 months .. if you guys have any other solution i would be thankful !!!! Hey there! Would you mind giving us an idea of what your daily caloric intake is? Also, what types of foods are you actually eating for your proteins, carbs and fats?

Hey there! Would you mind giving us an idea of what your daily caloric intake is? Also, what types of foods are you actually eating for your proteins, carbs and fats?

Also, I'm 6'-1" @ 12% BF and I only weigh 172lbs. Unless you are a MONSTER of absolute muscle I'm going to guess that your bodyfat is a bit higher than 10% given the stats you provided. So a picture would also be helpful. :)

If you aren't losing fat and stalling out on fat loss, you are eating too much plain and simple. Low carbs or no carbs, it doesn't matter. You still need a deficit to have fat loss.

Give us a breakdown of your diet with macros total calories, etc and we can help you figure out your problem.
 
guys i know that most of you might think im using steroids or ive used steroids, but really i havent used anything .. and my body fat is maybe 16 now .. but i meant when it was 10 % that lower belly didnt go away .. and i have massive legs for some reason .. i was once over weight before .. and my calorie intake is 2,100 calories .. ive tried eating 1700 calories to cut down and loose lower belly i started loosing a lot of muscle .. what i eat is morning breakfast 75 grams oats with 250 ml low fat milk + (6 eggs) 5 whites 1 with yolks fried with 1 spoon olive oil ... and then my snack would be an apple
then i would hit the gym for 45min - 1 hour .. my post workout if im using proteins i drink a shake an half of whey protein . then go home and eat but if im not using proteins id have my meal ready at the gym which would 70 grams of rice with 200 grams of grilled chicken and a green apple .. that would my post workout .. 2 to 3 hours later i would have yogurt + a fruit like apple or banana ... for dinner id eat 1 can of tuna + green salad and 20 almonds sometimes id add a green apple .. thats it

ive tried eating like that for a month or even 2 ...but i would still not loose that lower belly and i wouldnt harden my physique .. any sugguestions...

Nice! Thanks for the info. So if you're currently 178 lbs, I would think that 1700 cals/day is a good number for cutting fat. I'd recommend you keep your protein intake @ 2g per lb of bodyweight in order to minimize muscle loss during this time. So we're talking about 356g protein each day (178 * 2 = 356).

Your diet looks pretty clean from what I can tell. I'd suggest not eating quite as much fruit while cutting, but that's just me. I have found that the higher GI carbs don't work as well when I'm cutting body fat. So more rolled oats, quinoa, etc instead of fruit during this time.

Also, my cutting macros are typically in the region of 50/25/25. That's what works for me personally. So lowering your overall carb intake is another option for you.
 
In my honest opinion, if I were you, I wouldn't worry so much about cutting and I would really focus on putting on some size.

To be honest you have a build very similar to mine. I weigh a lot more but your body structure is very similar to mine.

I don't know if this will make you feel any better but genetics has a large role in this. If you were chubby as a kid then you developed fat cells in that area. It is a common area for fat storage in men. You can google this Mr America from years ago. This guy was lean and hard and vascular, but he did not have the ab gene. No matter how low his bodyfat got he never had abs. His name is dave draper.
For the kind of fat you have I think a no carb diet would work best for you. If you are willing to tuff this out you can loose that navel fat. Nothing for three days except a nice cool gallon of water and 6 cans of tuna in water, and black coffee. After 3 days when you climb out out of the trench your diet will be ready to roll and you will feel your metabolism roaring. THREE days! The next three days add 3 harboiled eggs and small slice of some hard cheese. On day 6 get up for breakfast and have 1/2 cup oats. That is it for breakfast.
From there on see if you can keep your carbs at less than 100 grams/day. In 2-3 weeks I promise you will see a difference. Get tough right now. You can open up some whup ass on that navel fat, but unfortunately for you it will be a battle.

If you get on a triple stack of sarms it may help you through out the dull no energy days. Take creatine and drink coffee or take some sort of caffeine.When you get lean you may feel puny, but if you are leaned out enough you can do a cycle if you want. You can do ths bud. Absolutely.
 
guys thanks alot for the support , the thing with me is i want a stable physique at 9- to 10 bodyfat be lean in all times ..instead of cutting and bulking .. and ive tried the 0 carb i ate 5 days chicken breast and green salad ..and then the other 5 days eggs and the other 5 days tuna in water , i have had loose skin and i lost muscle mass tho i lost alot of fat but i wasnt looking lean i had excess skin , for me i am looking forward to becoming lean , in ranges of 8 to 10 percent bodyfat but with flat stomach and abs , sometime i like to drink some alcohol like every three weeks 1 day id drink a lil bit ..but when i tried cutting that last bit of fat on the lower belly i dieted hard for 2 months , ...some coach told me to start goin on small steroid cycles .. he told me if i did 6 weeks of TEST and WINSTROL id have a great physique and it will harden up , i never injected or used any steroids before all my friends do even my gym partner , but the reason why i havent is because 1. im 20 years old 2. i think about how i will look when i finish the cycle (i was once chubby) .. 3. im scared it will fuck things down there .. all i want and have been wanting for the last 6 months is to get shredded or atleast fit and try to maintain it ..but ive tried to much ways of dieting carb cycling , 0 carbs , and btw my protein is always 2g x my weight , but hey i dont know what is left out there .. also one of the coaches at the gym saw my body and said .. if i was you i would run " test propionate and anavar ...maybe winstrol with it " .. many people think im using decca because i have that thickness but not cuts at all if u guys understand what i mean , but many people ask me if i was on decca until i searched and learnt about all the steroids :D , at the moment im confused guys. what do u think i should do ??

you do not look like you use gear or ever used gear. I don't know why you say that .At 1700 claories you loose muscle but at 2100 calories you loose nothing. No that is not correct my friend. If you are loosing more than 1-2 lbs per week then you will loose some muscle. It is easy to put the muscle back on.Especially if you loose weight,get thin and then take gear. You are either mis calculating your calories or not truely tracking them. If you got to 10% BF as you say, and that was the result of a lot of weight loss then yes you will still be pudgy. You have to take time and let your body adjust to the 10%. After 1 month you assess yourself again and go from there.

Absolute truth right here, and I agree completely. I would never assume you are in or have ever taken gear. You have a very natural look to you.

If your protein is high enough, you shouldnt be losing muscle on 1700 calories at that weight. For fat loss you should aim for 1-2 lbs per week and maintain that rate to lose fat.

Ok lil bro.You have heard the verdict from the best. If you are being up front with us then something is not right...and I think you and only you know the answer.The rest is up to you. Fool yourself but dont fool us. Something is amiss. Track your macs. Look at mr christian's program. Fix one up for your self, or we will fix one for you if you are not sure. If you do mr christian 's program it is fool proof. If ,like you said you did the tuna and water diet then this one should be easy for you. Are you giving your diets and programs enough time? Takes a lot of time to get fat and a lot of time to get lean.
 
I hate to say this but there is no way you are 10% bf. That looks more like 13-15%. Where are you getting this number.

Ok i just did a quick bmr calc on google. At yout age weight and height your bmr is 1771. Why are you eating 2100 if you are trying to lose body fat and cut. Your should be more like 1200-1300 on your cals. Idk seems like you are mire of an endomorph. Which require huge amounts of cardio and low low carbs. Your macros should be more like 60-30-10. 60% protein 30% healthy fats and 10% carbs woth tons of cardio.

bro i never said i am at 10 % bodyfat i said even when i was 10 % bodyfat i had that lower belly , if i go that low bro i will have loose skin .. btw my diet is very clean , this is what im eating ..

Breakfast -75 gram oats , 250 ml milk , 6 eggs 1 yellow .. Boiled". and half cucumber

Lunch - 200 grams chicken breast boiled + 70 grams boiled rice + 5 broccolis and 10 walnuts

Snack - 1 banana + 1 Apple

Dinner 1 tuna can and 40 grams oats and green salad

If not oats boiled rice "for dinner"

That's my diet now everyday , but I'm frustrated of not loosing bodyfat I think I should just get on the gear already im going to be 20 next week but I have a big thick physique many people and coaches tell me if I get on the gear I would make a badass physique im just scared about my sexual drive and dick nothing else .. What do you guys think ?

i need a diet that will get me 10% bodyfat and bellow , and i want to know how to maintain that so i stay lean forgood. and i want to enjoy a drink and a cheat meal without waking up the next day with a belly if u get what i mean ..

Right off, looking at your diet, you need to drop the milk and the fruit. These are the types of foods that are good for right loss but can be the difference from going from 13% to 10%. There is diets for weight loss and diets to get lean, big difference. Secondly, you have everything listed in grams, I'm not sure what that converts to. Instead of grams I'd rather see what your intake is in ounces and how many grams of each macro that is.

bro i dont want to loose weight , i mean i do want to loose weight but my target is loosing fat , and maintaining as much muscle i know i will loose some muscle but id rather be lean and get my abs out its already summer time . . and i will give it to you in ounces and tell me what changes i could do to my diet to get to 8 or 10 % bodyfat

breakfast: 6 eggs 1 yolk fried with 1 spoon olive oil + 2.6 ounces oats + 250 ml milk you said drop the milk , and half cucumber

snack - was 2 fruits but u said cut out fruits

lunch - 7 ounces chicken breast boiled, + 2.5 ounces brown rice + broccoli salad

snack - yogurt fruit "not always only on some days "

dinner- 7 ounces boiled fish fillet with 1 ounce oats and 20 almonds if its not fish ..i have a tuna can in water which is "5.6 ounces" instead of fish fillet depends on the day
