If you've never run a Nandrolone then I'd say 250mg a week would be my max. You may hate deca. I'd even recommend NPP instead. That way you can up or lower your dose and get results in 1-3 days. Deca lingers and I never recommend running a really long Ester on your first go round of any compound.
your pct is terrible, you have no ancillaries listed and dosing test that much more than deca is also not something i would do... its pretty messy top to bottom and certainly nothing i would EVER recommend on how to run it... what are your stats? age/height/weight/body fat? cycle history? goals? workout history?
