Your asking this question because you already no the answer . also god I hate these terms real bodybuilders don't bulk or cut offseas on the goal is too add as much size as possible while staying as lean as possible .during contest prep we cut too get down too ridiculously low body fat that's not maintainable for the stage only . If your not competing this doesn't apply too you diet down too 9 to 10 percent body fat and the grow on that frame add lean muscle if your getting fat in the process go hire a coach cause your diet sucks shouldn't happen
