I just ate a cous cous / quinoa blend with zucchini, broccoli, onions, dates, raisins and several boiled eggs... Really easy to make and pretty good

I eat them every day... Lol
Most of the time I pop a couple as a snack if I have hunger pains and occasionally I'll add them to a meal.

Try essential peppermint oil
