How can we possibly help you, when we don't know Anything About you? What is your full stats? Age, height, weight, bodyfat, experience goals?

Ok first of all the PCT as you put it should be something you have a clear understanding of before your ready too do a cycle .while you continue too train and get your running body ready for this wich I doubt you are yet. You need too be reading about this stuff . clomid and nolvadex are both serms but how do the benifit you differantly and why are they more synergistic together you should have a very good understanding of these compounds before you start putting stuff in your body.
