So I am on this 50grams a day low carb diet. Well the fat is melting off but I look extremely flat. Well not this Saturday but next Saturday I have a wedding to attend. I don't want to look flat. So obviously I need to break the low carb fast and get some carbs in there to make my muscles have some pop. But how do I go about doing this, never done this before? Do I carb up the night before, or do I start carbing up a few days out?
