So I am on this 50grams a day low carb diet. Well the fat is melting off but I look extremely flat. Well not this Saturday but next Saturday I have a wedding to attend. I don't want to look flat. So obviously I need to break the low carb fast and get some carbs in there to make my muscles have some pop. But how do I go about doing this, never done this before? Do I carb up the night before, or do I start carbing up a few days out?
 
you can do a carb up now to see how your body will react and then you will know. if you go too much you will bloat its a fine balance. so the time for experimenting is now. not the night before. is this a fucking topless wedding or something? well i should say the night before is when to do it but experiment now

Lol, now I got to figure out what the word for Sweet Potato in Romanian is, yes ladies and Gentlemen old Infantry has a thing for Romanian women.
 
Without knowing your body or any other variables I can give you basic guidelines...
Monday before do 400g carbs (complex) add 1/4 tsp seasalt to every meal
Tuesday 300g carbs (complex) 1/4 seasalt each meal
Wednesday 250g and seasalt each meal
Thursday if full do 200g if still flat do 300g and sea salt each meal
Friday same protocol as Thursday

Saturday morning high carb high sodium meal with water

Make sure do drink all your water and consistent each day.

This is a pretty "safe" method. Adding carbs early in the week allows adjustment up or down depending how you look. If your salt is normally high don't change it. If you are on low sodium which most are on diets then add as stated above.

Ya a carb reload over load the day before. And u will be fuller.
