Privatemd and Personalabs are good spots.
For pre and post cycle blood work you're going to want to get the "Hormone Panel For Females". This test gives you the basics: FSH, LH, CBC w/ Differential/Platelet Count, CMP, AST/ALT, E2, Total Test (<1500). The Total Test number you get with this panel shouldn't matter with the cap being at 1500 since it would be pre and post cycle and you're test levels before and after cycle will not be exceeding that number. This panel is $66.99.
For during cycle blood work, you're going to want to get the "Testosterone, Total - Women, Children, and Hypogonadal Males, LC/MS-MS" This is the highly sensitive testosterone test (not capped at 1500) so this is what you want in order to see the increase while you are on cycle. This panel is $62.99. You can choose to do this alone or do both this panel along with the Female Hormone Panel during cycle.
There's always coupons to make the tests cheaper too. Here's the current one for 12% off: Healthy12
