blast and cruise question

Hi Dylan

Thank you very much for putting out all the amazing information that you do. Ive been watching your videos on several channels for the last few years

I had a question regarding staying on testosterone non stop and doing occasional moderate blasts. I'm 28 years old and have been bodybuilding/power lifting for the last 9 years. last year after doing my first cycle, i did pct and recovered rather well. Shortly after, after weighing out my options, i decided to get on testosterone permanently and stay at about 200-250mg weekly even though I'm sure my own levels were fine (however i have experienced symptoms before which included depression, anxiety, ED). I also started competing in power lifting which was one of the reasons i decided to stay on.

I love how i feel and i take care of myself very well. I take practically every herb and supplement you ever made a video about and have been for a while now. Currently im getting ready for a meet in August and am Blasting 750 Test E, 375 deca, 300 tren ace weekly(with Caber and a AI of course) . after my meet im gonna drop to my usual dose of 250mg a week of test E and probably not blast again for another year or so.

like what you talk about in your videos, health and longevity are my first concerns before anything so im doing everything to stay as healthy as possible which includes a good amount of cardio and basically no junk food, refined oils, or saturated fats, Plenty of veggies and even green powders.

I'm with NY here. You are your own man and ultimately will do what you do, but you are too young to stay on. Do you plan on making a career with your lifting? If you are imo that's the only valid reason, and even then, idk.

What exactly is your question? Or what are you looking to get out of this thread? I understand your desire completely, but I just think that you may regret your decision later in life.

Buen will have some criticism if he sees this I know. And you should listen if he post. He's been around and has the age and experience to speak and be respected.

So let's dicuss this more. Obviously you would like some educated input here. You've got a wealth of experience and knowledge here for just that... take advantage.

PS... I can tell you right now Dylan is not going to approve AT ALL of your decision.

Bro..first off welcome to the forums

A bit of tough love for you...200-250mg/wk is most probably putting your blood serum level above 1500ng/dl
Have you checked? what was your natural test level?
What is your level running 250mg?

Long term elevation of testosterone (above 1500ng/dL) ISN'T TRT....it's a permanent cycle!
you run the risk of long term permanent damage to your endocrine system
It's short sighted...for what gain? not having to PCT???

Even if you drop your TRT (cruise) to below 1500ng/dL
there are a 1000 reasons NOT to cruise
when you "shut down" you aren't just stopping test production...you are altering the whole endocrine system
you alter/change/stop production of up to 300 other hormones...including pituatary gland thyroid gland, pineal gland and pancreas
NATURAL PRODUCTION OF TEST IS AN INTRICATE COMPLICATED SYSTEM>>>don't mess with mother nature unless it your course of last resort
I've been on TRT for 15yrs...first few years were great...then subtle changes start and the body DOES NOT REACT THE SAME
10 years in and it becomes a real challenge to keep everything on track
loss of libido can happen even when you increase the trt dose...antibiotics don't work the same...a score of different changes happen

NOTHING BEATS NATURAL TEST....TRT only replaces testosterone... a small fraction of the ecosystem your messing with

RE: your blast

we need a bit more info from you to help
you are 28yo training 9yrs
what is your height weight body fat %
this would be your 2nd cycle?

Buen!! Your the guy for this fella here, glad to see you.

OP, this guy has alot of respect here and you'd do well to talk with him. He has your best interests at heart and speaks from a lifetime of experience.

Yeah, I'm closing in on 40 and blast and cruise. Even now I am not sure I am happy with this (which means it is not a good decision/result). Tiny nuts? Yep, def got them lol.

But for real OP, Beun will tell you about all the effects of long term cruising that you probably have no idea about. At your age you will have significant issues throughout your life that don't have to be there.

1000%. same here. im 32 and considered it, and as of recently.. im like, FUCK that!
I had some complicated events in my life recently that I'll tell you privately about sometime, but had to come off without any serms to even try to help. God, what a horrible thing. Not something a 20 anything year old should set up. Talk about a depressing, emasculating thing when you are dependent on exogenous test and don't have it.

yeah bro...thanks for the kind words!

I can be a crusty mean spirited SOB that doesn't suffer fools kindly
but if someone is truly wanting/willing to learn.... I'm so happy to help and share any experience I may have

I know it brother. You and I haven't personally talked, but I see you and have much respect, as all of us do here for you. Hope the OP realizes what you have to offer.

im sorry bro but how can you say you put health and longevity first? nothing your doing is healthy... your on the complete opposite end of the spectrum... your not cruising at all... you never have been at 250 mg week... you have been on cycle all this time... that is not a cruise dose whatsoever... not only that, its clear you never had bloodwork done yet you just jump on trt? wow... on top of that, your running absurd amounts of test with that much nandrolone? you are the furthest thing from having health and longevity as a number one priority... your actions indicate the exact opposite to the worst extent... im not sure what your thinking but you need to basically reassess everything and you need to do it YESTERDAY.. your gong to end up learning a terrible lesson you can still avoid...

This is completely reckless and irresponsible all the way around. You can support natural healthy levels but choose not to, and on top of that you are running a dose that is way too high for trt. This is going to give you big problems long term bud

If you are indeed low and need trt your doc should be figuring the dose you need through bloodwork

If you are mid thirties and test low...you should be doing everything humanly possible to find out WHY you are low
Also...before starting trt you should test every 6 weeks for at least 6 months before accepting you have low test
a whole host of factors can cause you to test low...and have huge swings in your lab results
