Blast and Cruise/Giving Blood Question

Bros who are on Dr. supervised TRT, living the blast and cruise life, is there a recommended time before labs are done that you donate blood? I was thinking donating two weeks before lab work. Blood work is expensive $350+(CBC, 14 Panel, IGF, etc), so I wanted to get the most accurate results. All opinions are appreciated weather you are Medial Professional or not.

Also, has anyone considered using any of the clinics in places like Costa Rica, that are affiliated with clinics in the US? It sounds like it could be a money saver, plus a good reason for a vacation.

I blast and cruise and give blood every 8 weeks, and I can tell you from my own experience that giving blood really doesn't impact your bloodwork much. If anything it's going to help things like hematocrit, RBC, etc....but other health markers will go pretty much unchanged.
