Best time to take AI ?

Hey guys, what does everyone think of when to take their AI ? Should it be started 2 weeks into cycle (using long ester) eod or ed or when sides start such as high bp, acne or sensitive nips ? And for how long if taken when sides start ?

thats person to person specific... what one does may be the opposite of what you do or need... it depends on the compounds you are using and how estrogen prone you may or may not be.. its a lot of trial and error to get it dialed in for YOUR needs... noone here is a psychic and can tell you what that may or may not be... all we can do is give average numbers and you go from there... im a proponent of taking it from the start unless you know you are not estrogen prone.. i dont like to risk having any sort of estrogenic issues.. others feel differently about that... to each their own on that one .. im more about caution and being preventative and others do not prioritize those aspects

Its hard to say but generally I'd say a couple weeks in

Everyone is different when it comes to estrogen sensitivity but you can probably wait a few weeks as the test builds up in your system before having to start. If you are unsure, start from day 1.

getting away with it vs. what you should do are 2 different things

if you are using a steroid that aromatizes into estrogen you should start from day 1. why? cause high estrogen in the body causes a lot of problems. not just what you notice .. it can especially flare up cancer cells

I go by feel. Have on hand in case but the least amount of AI the btr IMO
