My wife trains with me. She is now very curious about which SARMS would be best for her, and how she should stack them.

She is 44 years old, 5'2", 106lbs, and about 22% body fat. She is wanting to weigh about about 115, and gain strength.

i have a very ideal layout for her... she can get everything at www.sarmsx.com

here is the layout...

1-12 rad140 10 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 lgd-4033 5 mg first two weeks then bump 10 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.
1-12 GW-510516 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
1-12 mk-2866 12.5 mg first two weeks then bump to 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
 
bro she already sounds pretty lean.If she follows Dylan's layout she will be very happy. She will get some definition and some muscle
 
I think Dylan gave her about the best protocol she could ask for to gain strength and muscle mass. It will also help keep her lean, hard, and big endurance gains. It's a perfect protocol all the way around, and she certainly can't go wrong with that. I think it's a great recommendation
