32 year old male 5foot5 current weight 195lbs. I have worked out for 5+ plus years then, stoped for about 3 years because of heavy loads of work from school. I have packed about 25lbs since i stoped working out. I used to be about 175 with a good foundation. Now i'm trying to stay motivated and kick start and get back on track again. It seems like the new thing around the block "SARMS" might help me shed a few pounds of fat as I am dieting and working out. What SARMS would be a good choice to start with? I have never done steroids or anything like that and I am super cautious when it comes to putting things in my body. The worst thing I have taken is pre-workouts and creatine. I need something mild that will give me a boost in shedding fat. Thank you.
