I am a middle age competitive cyclist, training about 10-15 hours a week, and I started using the following stack
Cardarine 20mg split dose 5:30AM/5PM (capsule)
Ostarine 12.5mg 5:30AM (liquid)
Nutrobol 12.5mg 5:30AM (liquid)
I have been trying this for about a three weeks, and I think I am seeing some improvement in endurance and recovery, but nothing dramatic. I feel good, with no negative effects, though I did gain about 6 pounds over this time, as I went from 173lbs to 179 lbs. I am 6 ft tall. Ideally I would like to be between 165 to 168 pounds, with same or more muscle mass, but lower fat. My Tanita scale indicates that I am between 8-11% body fat.
I have some really basic questions:
Is this the right stack and dosing for endurance?
How long should I use this stack? (I was thinking of 8 weeks on/4 weeks off)
Do I need to do anything post-cycle?
