Doing my first cycle of test@ 500 and deca@ 250 (fully aware that 500mgs of test only is best but my joints were killing me). I am at the beginning of week 5 of test, added the deca 2 weeks ago and I have only gained about 4 pounds. My bp recently started to go up just last week, aggression definitely increased last week or so. I upped my aromasin from 12.5 mgs eod to 12.5 ed due to bloat, doing cardio 5x a week for 10 mins, diet is on point, on a lean bulk 250 cals over maintenance. I just feel like my gear is fake, if not under dosed. I was expecting a lot more or am I doing something wrong? Should I decrease the ai and caber or eat more cals or maybe do less cardio? Or m I just a late bloomer? Or is just bs when u hear guys gaining 30 pounds of muscle on their first cycle, maybe they confuse water weight or fat for muscle, I hear so many people saying that ai kills gains, Idk I m just extremely mind fucked by all the info on the Internet...
