In all honesty I eat for purpose rather than flavor (with exception to Steak), but I love me some cottage cheese when I'm bulking. Literally can eat it out the containers tablespoons at a time. It looks like shit, but who'd have thought it could be so yummy and rich in protein. Anybody else like the stuff, just curious.

I can only eat it with crackers or something crunchy, no way I can eat it by the tablespoon from the container haha. but it is very rich in casein , great protein source brother

its damn good for you (especially if you get it in low sodium) as the sodium is the one thing thats just way too high but i just have trouble stomaching it... i always think about nasty cottage cheese legs or something and i just cant fucking eat it... LOL... seriously, its a mental thing but its extremely good for you especially right before bed...

very good for before bed, that and Greek yogurt, stuff (casein) literally turns to a gluey substance in your stomach

I eat Cottage Cheese but my favourite is Quark, sorry for going off topic[emoji2]

Lol.. not a problem. I keep this shit in my fridge and I don't mix it with fruit, or anything it just is that awesome to me for some weird reason. But usually my idea of eating something sweet as a treat is four pieces of toast with real apricot jelly on it and not the kind hunkered down with sugars.

I have a twisted sense of humor so I do sometimes think it looks like the worlds worst yeast infection curdling out of a you know what. Still eat it though...

I love it. For YEARS I would get the big tubs of no fat, and then eat straight out of the tub, 1/3 tub a night (about a cup). Still eat it everyday, although earlier now. Great stuff.

all very very good options before bed... absolutely... slow digesting protein working throughout the night while your in a fasted state... that says it all!

I have to watch myself when i eat it bro... half the container can be inhaled before I take a breather. I think I have the weirdest cravings for nutritious snacks... the wife hates my idea of sweets. My son thinks something is wrong with me, but I shove snickers at him to gain weight for football all the time so that explains that.

One of my favorite things to do is mix some cottage cheese with cocoa powder, stevia, and natural peanut butter. Mix it up, freeze it for about 45 minutes till it starts to get a little solid, and then scoop up the "ice cream" like mixture with some rice cakes :).

I love me some cottage cheese! There is no less than five containers in my fridge on any given day.My wife cringes when I eat it,says it's curdled milk. That's just more for me though! No one else eats it in my house.

I can't do cottage cheese....texture kills me. I forced myself to eat it for about a year and I used to add natty pb to it and make a paste like concoction. No doubting it as an excellent protein source.

Yeah it does. I do fresh blueberries and blackberries when my old man has em in season in his bushes.
