I've had one in my gym for a while, when I drove cross country(I drive big rigs) I had one rigged up in my truck that I used alot.
Just wondering if I'm the only guy around here who's ever used one? Obviously it's not something I exclusively do(I just don't see anybody getting huge from it), but I think it's a decent way to get a workout.
