It's not the end of the world if you take the doses a little farther apart, but it is ideal to stick as close to the 4-6 hour split as much as possible

if you make a mistake one day, its no big deal but dont make it a habit... the half life is very sport and the spacing is given the way it is for good reason...

your very confused... s4 is split doses every 4-6 hours... sr9009 is 5 mg every 2-3 hours, six total doses per day
