Anavar & Winstrol cycle

So I posted a similar question like this before but I was a little confused as to how orals should be run. My question was this because I know a lot of people are curiouse about this kind of cycle too. How long should an oral cycle be run with just 1 oral, 8-12 weeks? If I myself was going to do a cycle would one of these 2 options be safe and effective? Dylan do one of these cycles (options) get your approval?

Option 1 (8 week cycle)

Weeks 1-4: (only) anavar 60 mgs everyday
Weeks 5-8: (only) Winstrol 60 mgs everyday
Weeks 9-12: PCT (nolvadex) 40/40/20/20

Option 2 (12 week cycle)

Weeks 1-6: (only) anavar 60 mgs everyday
Weeks 7-12: (only) Winstrol 60 mgs everyday
Weeks 13-16: PCT (nolvadex) 40/40/20/20

honestly no they don't... neither does... i gave you a very nice layout already so im confused? its bad enough to not run test but if you sub sarms for test it is very helpful... regardless of what you choose on that front, 4 weeks of each is a waste and running 12 weeks consecutive is far too much... i gave you the split on how to do them both ways already... your pct is too weak as well... your not grasping the concept of pct bro... that is not going to cut it whatsoever...

You are running entirely too long with those orals brother. 12 weeks of continuous orals is out of the question, and 8 weeks is honestly pushing it too far as well. Use an oral kickstart and an oral finisher with a 3-4 week break in between exactly like Dylan laid out. Honestly it's not going to get any better for what you are wanting to do than that.
