Who just cant get into doing Arms? I run PL programs that have virtually no direct Bi work and very limited Tri work. All arm work is basically from compound movements. Well I decided to throw in a bro day into the mix, which is basically arms and back. The problem is, I virtually do no arm work and end up just doing countless pullups with a couple sets of tris and Bi. I'm just not interested or motivated to really put countless after countless sets into my Arms. Anybody else have this problem, I feel I'm the only guy at the Gym that looks at direct arm work as a setback for my lift days.

I enjoy doing arm work, but I've actually found it to be unecessary. I don't do much arm work, but a lot of compound movements like presses and rows, and I feel that's where the growth really comes from. Arms are my best feature on my body by far, and I've never really hit my arms hard by themselves. I hit an exercise or two here and there, but the compounds are what I concentrate on. I'm sure, I'm genetically gifted with my arms, but that is what I've experienced and found that works well for me

Yeah my Arms are not really small but there not big either, about 16.75 cold probably 17 after training. I'm just want them to be around 17.5 inches. I guess patience is my friend
 
How Big are those puppies Robo? We are the same height, a way a few pounds less then you at 190, but I'm better looking.

Trust me I am old and young at heart at the same time. I'm a pretty hard dude with many miles on this old soul. But I do have a youthful and playful side to me.

you will smoke that shit, its not that hard if your in shape. Just my shoulders take a pounding from it and its not from wear and tear but I'm just plain built wrong for it, cant really do Dips either, so screw it.
