Who just cant get into doing Arms? I run PL programs that have virtually no direct Bi work and very limited Tri work. All arm work is basically from compound movements. Well I decided to throw in a bro day into the mix, which is basically arms and back. The problem is, I virtually do no arm work and end up just doing countless pullups with a couple sets of tris and Bi. I'm just not interested or motivated to really put countless after countless sets into my Arms. Anybody else have this problem, I feel I'm the only guy at the Gym that looks at direct arm work as a setback for my lift days.
