Hey everyone, I just got out of a procedure yesterday. I had an abcessed polidonal cyst (tailbone cyst). It wasn't too bad yet because I went in right away. I've had it before and it never got this bad. I was benching at the gym Friday and it started hurting sooo bad. Then worked all day Saturday and it was just huge and swollen. Went in yesterday and they sliced me open and drained it. Shit stinks like no other. :O I'm healing good now and I'm a week out from my first injection. Taking it easy at the gym and work this week. I just wanted to run it by you guys!!!! Hope everyone is doing good.

Yeah they fucking suck. No joke. I've been cleaning and showering multiple times a day. Taking it easy at the gym and just doing light arms and upper body. Lol I'll lose all my leg gains.. fucckk

I have the same thing man I've had it for years kills me absolutely kills me when I do sit-ups hahah but I keep it I had one on my wrist too that I constantly smash with a book when it gets big hahah but anyways glad your ok !
