Acne from PCT

Member
I have never really had acne but when I started my PCT after my last cycle my back lit up.

I am a few weeks out from my PCT and it is still going. Any tips?

I know it's likely caused from hormonal changes but when will this end?

Do you have any pics? I'm curious to see the level of it. I too had really bad acne after a cycle when I was much younger... but I didn't do a PCT and I wasn't very much informed back then...

I can take a pic later today (I am at the airport).

It's not horrible but I usually have 6-10 spots at a time, ranging from dots to inflamed zits.

I have had a few small ones on the face as well.

BTW I am 39 and this is a first for me. Even after 2 other cycles it didn't happen. This cycle I used Dbol and my estrogen levels skyrocketed. Fortunately no gyno but my blood pressure went up pretty high.

I'll start out by saying I'm not an expert but I had the same problem as you and I asked the same question here. I was told it was basically that I didn't keep my estrogen in check. Did you use an AI? Dbol has a high conversion so that's probably the culprit. Give it some time an expert will respond here shortly. But I think I'm right.

You'll just have to ride it out man. Everyone is different and eventually as everything in your body reaches homeostasis things will normalize. In the meantime there are some things you can do like tanning, and taking extra showers every day

Thanks fellas.

Next time I am trying Aromasin (just watched Dylan's video) and using Clomid and Nolva for PCT (I just used Nolva this time).

That is definitely a much better protocol for PCT brother.
