Without knowing anything about you, personally I like to keep mine at the same dose when it comes to tren. I run very low doses (300/300 or 400/400) but that keeps my sides at bay and I still get nice results.
The guys here are probably going to want to know a few other things before they can answer like: What is your goal from the cycle, and current stats?
100mg/ml. my trainer says take 1cc EOD. I just finished my cut from 220lbs to 205. Im 32 years old at about 12% body fat. veins are showing a bit. I had a good cut. Also, Im blasting and crusing, no PCT right>?
i started the eq. running 400/week. I know its a small dose, but eq is $$$. So far, hunger is increasing! Looking the same.. Maybe at the end of week 20 Ill see something. (running 500test/week)
so...3-4 weeks into your test/Eq cycle you just decide..hey..maybe I'll add in some Tren?
and then you ask us about Tren dosage..don't you think telling us you were currently running Eq also...might be important info ?
I think the LAST thing you need to do right now is try to incorporate tren in this "blast". How long have you been blasting and cruising? By looking through your past posts it seems to me like you just started doing this and don't really understand the concept 100%

You guys are right.. I read about the substances before I hop on them, but don't 100% understand. Im following what my trainer suggests. Been running test cyp at 500/week for the past year. Started eq 3 weeks ago. Ill get my FULL stats then post that soon. Trainer is suggesting tren for 12 weeks now because i finished cutting.. Ill get my stats. BRB
your "trainer" told you to run 500mg/wk of test for a year???
this is beyond reckless..criminally negligent..your going to permanently damage yourself
you "read about substances before you hop on"..and you don't know you can't run test that high for that long without consequences???

you are not going to have a hunger increase from eq in 3-4 weeks bro, not happening... it doesn't even really kick until week 8-9.. especially not with the dose you are running... the dose you are running is rather pointless with eq and eq is not expensive whatsoever either
Results won't come immediately but if you have to wait 20 weeks to see something then something is off. 2000 calories a day and your choice of compounds may not be the best combo.
