A fun scenario for you guys to give advice on...

Evening,

So I have a good one for you guys. Here is the scenario:

Obviously, I have trained for years. I've competed in natural and untested bodybuilding events, played D1 college ball and know how to train. I have the injuries to show too. ACL replacement, two Achilles tears, one a full rupture and 2 right shoulder rebuilds with a third probably needed. But I have a new wrinkle. My wife, who is a sexy CrossFit monster, wants me to compete in a scaled CF competition with her. The weights that will be used don't phase me a bit but I want to destroy competition and those light weights are moved for a lot of reps. So I am thinking I will drop to the 215-210 range. I'm pretty familiar with dieting down but what do you guys think I should use to get ready? SARMS? AAS? Some albuterol thrown in also? I'm going to hit the CF box 3-4 days a week and still train conventionally 3-4 days a week. 2 a days some days. I'm going to do a TRT dose (200-300 weekly) of cyp no matter what but I want some advice on other items to throw in. If her hotness wants me to compete with her, then I want to do my part to help her team win. So fire away, gents...

I'd go with a cutting sarm stack maybe throw in some AAS with it depending on your experience , however I need your stats, age/experience/height/body fat/weight.

ps just so you know cross fit is a major leap from bodybuilding, it's a very physically taxing sport

Personally I think albuterol and clen are never needed. Diet hard, trt doses and GW. I think GW is a god send and will cut much more effectively than albuterol. Plus it will actually give you an edge cardio wise where as albuterol never did that for me. Low dose Tbol maybe and slightly ramp up as you get to the contest for a little more strength edge.

I apologize. I have done CF quite a bit. Just never competed. Only reason we aren't doing RX is several of us (myself included) can't do a ring Muscle-up. Bar MUs I have, rings, no sir.

Age-39
Experience-need clarification there as to what
Height-6ft
Weight-225
BF- 10ish

With crossfit, I think a sarms stack is right up your alley for everything you need. It will compliment TRT very well, and gives you all the benefits of added fat loss, endurance, strength, and lean mass for the competition.

Here is the stack I think would really benefit you a great deal. Get everything from www.sarmsx.com
