54 Yr Old Male: Low T & Belly Fat

Hi All,

I'm 54 Male:
5'5"
158lbs.
Body Fat %: NA
Eat Very Clean: Muscle Milk Shake w/fruit for breakfast...
4oz meat, red potato and veggies for dinner
Black Beans / Rice etc...

Work out 3-4x a week, interval training and cardio, not 'heavy' weights

I "look" like I have a normal/athletic build with clothes on, but I carry all my fat around my stomach (thanks Dad!).

Blood tests showed my Test is 230, down from 300+ a year ago so I'll be doing TRT forever I guess...

I use Test Enanthate now: 100/week and Equipose 100/wk (was using ONLY Equipose last
year because of back acne and Equi seems to give same 'mood/strength' benefits as the Test.

MY QUESTION:

Would adding GHRP 2 or 6 help get rid of the belly fat or would something else such as Gw and/or SR9009
be better (for fat loss) due to the increase in appetite caused by GHRP?

I work out 3-4x a week, 20-30mins of interval training and cardio, not 'heavy' weights (altho I 'could'
go back to more weight training if so advised here).

The Test is helping with mood, energy and recovery but I'd also like to get rid of this friggin' layer of belly fat
and look leaner/harder.

Any input is greatly appreciated!

Thank you for such a giving and informative resource for people like me who find this all
very confusing and who don't know where to turn for answers (MDs are NOT the place!!)

Thank You Again!
Dave

If you are looking to get that belly fat down, diet is the biggest key. If you are looking for something to help you drop bodyfat, sarms are perfct to add to your TRT for that and will be far better than peptides.

My suggestion would be to add the shred stack to your TRT. This is the protocol for that with a link to get what you need in this stack

https://www.sarmsx.com/stacks/shred-stack-12-weeks-2

1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.
1-12 GW-510516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
1-12 SR-9009 30mg per day (5mg dosed 6 times every 2-3 hours)

Your test level dropped because you ran EQ alone....it shut you down
Why on earth would you run EQ without test?
Are you self medicating your "TRT"....or did u get a proper diagnosis of being hypogonadal ?

Looks like you are in the midwest (USA) and using test E (not available in the US) for TRT. Therefore, I assume you are self-prescribing TRT. Obviously there is an issue there with that. You are not qualified to diagnose nor treat hypogonadism. It's your body though, but frankly, I'd get some adequate blood work and stats to start and give a full picture of your diet and training.

Oh, and also, EQ 100 is such a low dose dude. Not something I've ever seen personally.

You mention you are not lifting "heavy". If you are dieting and doing cardio/interval training, but not lifting heavy, you are losing muscle because you are not providing the necessary stimulus to retain muscle. For example : You may lose 20lbs, but half will be fat and half will be muscle. You will look smaller with clothes on, but with your clothes off you will look skinny fat. Keep in mind heavy is relative. What is heavy to me, may not be heavy to you and will certainly not be heavy to 44. However, you should be lifting what feels heavy to you somewhere in the 6-12 rep range. If you are seeking to change your body composition, in my opinion proper weight training is absolutely necessary followed by nutrition.

It appears you may be eating the right types of food, but without tracking you have no way of knowing if you are eating specific to your goal. Calories in VS. Calories out (energy Balance) is most important. You can eat clean foods all you want, but if you consume to many calories you will gain weight.

brother, ghrp-6 is the complete opposite of what you want... do you realize that ghrp-6 is something people use to gain weight because of the massive hunger increase... that's THE LAST thing you want... rick gave you the perfect stack to go with... you also have to really focus in on your diet and training... you need to make sure you are implementing plenty of cardiovascular work as well... you can take everything under the sun but it makes no difference if you are not dialed in with diet and training.. here is a link to the sarmsx discount page...
