Coming into using gear like so many of us have I had to learn the hard way. First cycle being Tren Ace. I want to use a little more intelligence from here on out.
I'm 5'11" and weight 190-192lbs. Don't know my fat % but I'm not ripped as I should be. I'm dieting like crazy and counting macros.
My goal is to put on lean muscle mass and cut up a little more.
Any suggestions? Thanks
 
Me personally i would do test, eq, with winnie at the end. Preplan ur nutrition and stick to it. I personally like intermittent fasting but everyone is different.

" I'm dieting like crazy and counting macros."...this along with a well established training routine needs to be in place LONG BEFORE you begin another cycle
 
I've been lifting for years (about 20 off and on) but I just started really going hard about 5 years ago. So I know angles and I have my blood work done twice a year.
