First off, let me just say how happy I am to be a member of this forum after a rather disappointing experience with a certain competitor company's forum which name I will not mention here. Thank god that I found ISarms and Dylan Gemelli on YouTube which provided me with a ton of useful information as well as deterred me from making a purchase of SARMs of sub-par quality.
Now, let's get down to business.
I am looking for suggestions and\or opinions on my first SARM cycle ever.
Stacking LGD-4033 and S4
12 weeks
LGD - 10 mg a day
S4 - 50mg a day
PCT:
Clomid
GW
Age: 26
Height: 6'0 ft (183 cm)
Weight: 160 lbs (~73 kilos)
Body fat % : ~9-11
Years of training: First 2 years on and off, consistent training 4-5 years (6-7 total)
Complete cycle history: no cycle history
PCT: NA
Goals: Lean muscle gain, stay\get to sub 10% BF
Supplements: Whey protein, L-Glutamine, Creatine Hydrochloride, Beta-Alanine, L-Carnitine, L-Tartrate, Betaine, Taurine, L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine.
General idea of nutrition: Clean, cheat meal once a week, eat every 2-3 hours (5-6 meals a day), currently at maintenance calories with occasional 200 cals over.
Any other relevant info: Lean, vascular, fast metabolism, ectomorph, workout 5 days a week, no food allergies.
