Eat Very Clean: Muscle Milk Shake w/fruit for breakfast...
4oz meat, red potato and veggies for dinner
Black Beans / Rice etc...
Work out 3-4x a week, interval training and cardio, not 'heavy' weights
I "look" like I have a normal/athletic...
