50, 5'5", 129. Healthy with the exception of Hypotension (very low blood pressure). Also, I tend to overheat pretty rapidly during exercise. I keep my heart rate under 170.
Goal is to primarily burn fat ( while building lean muscle) eating a calorie deficient diet.
