Stats:

Age: 21

Height: 5'8

Weight: 167 lb

Body fat %: between 18-22% (not measured, based on visual inspection and input from Dylan and Rick)

Years of training:3

Complete cycle history (compounds, doses, lengths of time, when they were run): None, I am a first timer.

PCT for each cycle: N/A^

Goals: To recomp/cut

Supplements (if any): Creatine monohydrate, caffeine, whey/casein protein powder

General idea of nutrition: Stopped tracking macros and have been intuitively eating recently, but started tracking macros and attempting to gauge for maintenance

Any other relevant info (injuries, surgeries you've had, etc.): No injury history.

1-12 mk2866 dosed once a day in AM at 25 mg
1-12 gw501516 dosed 20 mg once in AM (not after endurance properties only fat loss and more convenient for me rather than dosing 30 mins pre WO)

I know my T levels are "low" for a 21 year old but I have none of the problematic symptoms typically associated with low T.

Macros on this split: 250-260 C / 70-80 F / 180-210 P

Week One Update: Not many significant changes in body composition apparent. Hit some strength PR's on all the big lifts this week. Just getting back into tracking macros. Had been tracking whole week, and my maintenance is 2500-2600 calories without any cardio factored in. Starting to notice that muscles look fuller, especially delts, upper chest, and arms. Going to begin cutting back calories, beginning with a 300 calorie deficit. In the middle of week 2, will update at the end of week 2.

Mid-Week Three Update:Sorry for the lack of updates during week two, midterms and homework had me hammered. Currently on spring break and feeling great.

Pros: Lifts are going up on a weekly basis, setting new PRs (expect bench strength which seems to be progressing slowest but has always been my weak point even when natty) and I am getting leaner. Despite being advised to cut down, I was set to recomp as I did not want to lose strength and size and wanted to continue adding it during the cycle. Macros are still the same, and I am currently sitting at ~165 lb. Vascularity and muscle fullness/hardness is insane! I'm seeing chest, shoulder, and arm vascularity I've never seen before. Waist measurement before starting the recomp was 33 inches at the navel, currently at 30.5 inches at the navel at relatively the same body weight. Abdominal and serratus definition is coming in. Lower back and love handles are slowly but surely leaning out last as usual (always last to lean out along with my legs).

Cons: starting to notice some testicular atrophy/loss of libido. Went to the doctors the other day, BP came out to be 140/75 which is unusual considering I am taking GW. Pulse has slowed however compared to when not on GW which is strange. Usually BP sits around 125-130/65-70.
 
your pulse has slowed yet your bp raised which makes no sense... are you using any stimulants or have any extra stress like with your midterms etc? that could be contributing to it because clearly when your pulse slows down, that shows you are in far better shape which equates to lower bp so there is something else going on...

GREAT JOB on the PR's and strength increase... thats excellent to hear!
 
It was strange indeed. Perhaps it was because I had a large cup of DD coffee a few hours before seeing the doc or it could be because of the stress. Thanks for the kind words Dylan! One other con I am noticing is an abundance of acne breakouts. Mostly on my back and face but also in places I have never had acne, even during puberty like my shoulders, midsection, pecs and traps. This is really hurting my confidence. I know acne is common when hormonal compounds are introduced into the body, however, the fact that I am breaking out in places I've never broken out before is concerning me. Is that normal? Is there anything I can do to reduce the amount of breakouts that I am experiencing?

there really is not a ton of hormonal changing going on with just the two... some people are just far more prone to it than others and thats just the luck of the draw brother... it should subside once you are used to it...
 
End of Week 5 update:

Pros: Still making gains and hitting PRs in the gym. Officially in cutting mode and am shredding down. At 161 lb this morning from 166. Starting to look grainy, full all the time.

Cons: Suppression is in full effect. Definitely feeling more unmotivated and more sluggish than usual.

CONCERN/Question:

I think I am getting gyno. My nipples have been puffy looking all day. They have been burning and itchy all day. Very sensitive to the touch too. There are no lumps however. I don't have an AI on hand as I thought SARMS cannot aromatize to estrogen. Should I order Exemestane? How much should I take?
