one thing to remember is that with half lives, although they say they are a certain amount, it does not mean that it will be out of your system in your time... it all correlates to how long you have been using it, the amount, your body fat, your body processing, etc... i would HIGHLY recommend using the sauna often, sweating as possible, drinking plenty of water and urinating as much as possible, taking detoxifiers etc... you don't want to leave anything to chance..
