My goals are to reach 170 I've slowed down going to practice so I could do less cardio and eat more and I'm 20 years old everything else is on the last reply and I have no cycle history
I'm 4% body fat I've been lifting and eating over 3000 calories a day I'm also a boxer so I train 3/2 times a day so we do a lot of cardio I've been eating a lot of brown rice oatmeal eggs chicken breast avocado and have been taking a herbal protein and creatine sometimes
I want to start a cycle of test only for 10 weeks but I don't know how to get it can someone help me find a clean source I'm 6'2 and weigh 146 please help me
