Bad protein?..
I like Kaged Muscle proteins. I work for big chain supplement company and have found kaged Muscle and Redcon1 protein to be on point.- Vitman

Where do you find shirts...
Suits off the rack do not come in 47. I’m a big fan of Brooks Brothers and Jos. A Bank. They can custom make you shirts, pants, and suits. I’ve worked for both. Brooks Brother will cost more and better quality but Jos A Bank quality is good as well. Hope that helps- Vitman

BCAA and Fatloss
Since I working in the supplement business and I drink BCAA all day long I can assure you that I haven’t lost a fucking pound on them. That being said I think BCAA are great for recovery and hydration but often we forget about EAA. Both are crucial with proper nutrition and workout regiment.- Vitman
