I'll look into these. I actually asked this a few weeks ago and am still 250, but have leaned out my diet. Down to 15% bf. Now to finish out these goals! Thank you for the help!
I am currently 250 at about 18% bodyfat. I'm into powerlifting and have only been on TRT before, but for about 2 years. What would you recommend for strength? I'd like to hit 260, then lean to about 10% at 240. Any response is greatly appreciated, as well as support supplements. Thank you.
