I'm 27 6'1 220lbs and about 10% bf.
First cycle was Test-Cyp 500mg for 12 weeks. I increased in muscle strength and lost some weight but I didn't put a lot more size on. I'm looking to increase size.

I just finished a 12 week Test E cycle. My last shot was April 8th. Depending on where you look and who you ask, you should start your post PCT 2 weeks after your shot or 3. I just want to make sure which one is correct. I did not need an AI for my cycle so all I did was the Test

Ultimately my goal is to gain more muscle and to drop my body fat %. I feel like my muscles aren't very 'full' if that makes sense. If I flex, I don't feel like my muscles feel hard/dense. I follow your videos, that's how I discovered this forum, so any first time tips I would greatly appreciate.
I thought doing hcg that would be a good idea because it helps to get your body naturally producing test again. Is it not necessarily needed because of the length of cycle or because of the amount I noted?
