I do
12 minutes vigorous concept Rowing
12 minutes vigorous treadmill work
12 minutes vigorous stationary bike
12 minutes stair master (level 6)
12 minutes vigorous concept rowing
I do this 3 times a week...
I gotta friend who's 22, 5'11, 175, workouts everyday, and recently got a vile a sust 250 inject and asked for some help. He needs help on schedule, dosage, pct. I'm a lot bigger so I'm not sure

Hey I need some cycle advise for a Winny-test cycle. I was 350 and got down to 225. Then I fucked up and got back to 315. I ordered the Winny when I was 225 but it took that long to come in so now idk what to do.
