i am not talking about weightlifting i am talking about aerobic HIT workouts... like burpees and stuff.... several times per day .. in contrast to only one specific hour in the day
i mean.... is your metabolism .. elevated during training and after training? is that hard to understand?
no simply about the rate of working out will help
because if you can train mutiple times a day it might help you if it actually helps you raise mb throughout the day
are you increasing metabolism during workout? and why
and is metabolism elevated after workout?
i am talking about any workout not just weight lifting... which workeouts increase your metabolism during and or after?
