I def get what you're saying! That's pretty crazy about the hgh didn't know that. And I agree the average American or person would probably see a lot better results cuting the sodium in their look and water retention! I'd also go to say most foods very high in sodium are foods we need to avoid...
The leanest and best I ever looked was around 20000mg sodium a day. Def don't recommend that but it worked for me didn't hold any water either. The more sodium I take the harder better pumps I get. I also read there's not lots of side effects of it unless it's hereditary not sure about that though
Why the hate on sodium? I've read more and more that most lifters are under in sodium. For every liter of water you drink you need about 2 grams of sodium. Any pro will tell you season up!! People will get water retention AT FIRST. but in the end will look harder and better from a higher sodium...
the way I look at it now is if bodybuilding isn't footing the bills WHY be miserable? If I can look great at 10% or 12% why spend the extra money and time to be 6 or 8? Plus let's be honest the only people who like the 5% look is usually dudes :lol:
