If you MUST take insulin, do your research first. One small mistake can prove fatal. You usually need to ingest 10 grams of carbs per IU of slin. You want to have someone with you at all times in case you go hypo, so they can force feed you. And DO NOT go to bed for at least 4 hours post insulin...

To be fair, I don't think he was being hostile. I think he kind of misunderstood the thread or just wanted to know if there are bloods floating around. I understand his curiosity. I always want to see bloods when a new lab (one I've never heard of) comes around. I ain't even mad tho :D.

Phurious has been around for a while. I trust his products so I haven't gotten any bloodwork to check my test levels mid cycle. My doctor will run lipids, kidney, liver, etc for free, so I have done that just to check health markers.

One of my favorite things to do is mix some cottage cheese with cocoa powder, stevia, and natural peanut butter. Mix it up, freeze it for about 45 minutes till it starts to get a little solid, and then scoop up the "ice cream" like mixture with some rice cakes :).

Are you going to be doing 5 days on, 1 day off, then repeat? If so, I would consider doing 4 on 1 off at the most. You can keep the set up and rotation the same.
