    Everyone is different. Just because "specialists" claim you need 8 hours of sleep, that doesn't apply to everyone. I get around 6 and a half to 7 hours a night, and that's it. When I get more, I'm usually a bit out of it and sluggish. I know Marc Lobliner gets like 4-5 and he's good to go.
