Day 3: no gym for me today....running a low grade fever and my throat feels like it's closed up...could be strep. If it doesn't feel better tomorrow I'll probably be doing a doctors visit. Just trying to get as much calories as I can consume without feeling sick.

Generally I do heavy cable crunches and then on like volume days for squats I don't use a belt and my core is generally on fire after my workout. What program do you guys run or are you on your own program?
