I ran the s4 at 50 a day and never had sides and stacked it with gw and lost straight body fat. Had my diet tuned in and did cardio but it worked for me. If nothing else have her run just gw for the stamina and fat loss it contributes. It's an amazing sarm to say the least

Ok so I have a hard time doin deadlifts from an atv accident. Can't really do much weight. The full extension hurts my lower back bad. What do you guys think about rack pulls to help build up strength. Thinking about incorporating these into my back day since it's not a full extension.

It normally doesn't reach full effects til around week 8 but you notice the cardio and stamina benefits pretty quick. I'm sure it will assist in a slight way but it won't melt the fat off you. Diet and hard work have to be on point.

I ran s4 and gw with liquiaro and had awesome results but that was to help cut. Also had my diet dialed in with the help of ricks sticky. I finished up with clomid and gw for my pct and held on to all my gains.

Welcome man. These guys are awesome around here. I'd start with a sarms stack to drop the body fat first and then maybe jump back on aas. All about doin it the healthy smart way and taking care of your body man
