Somewhat. It loses its mind every now and then during the metcons but that environment is pretty nuts. Some reviews have indicated that the calorie tracker is off by about 5% to the low side but the HR monitor is pretty solid.
Yes, HR = Heart Rate. I use the FitBit Charge HR to track calories and heart rate during metcons and heavy oly complexes, which, btw, will totally wreck you metabolically.
What's some of you guys' resting heart rates that are running SARMs only cycles? Mine is currently 62 bpm, I'm 40 years old and on week 5 of my 1st cycle.
What is the recommended brand and source of DAA? I know it's to be use on week 9-12 but is there any benefit to using it all the way through weeks 1-12 of a SARMs only cycle?
Thanks Dylan. Is the sarmsx LiquiCia more potent than the regular Cialis pills? Because as I said in an earlier post, the 5mg pills do not have this affect on me which is why I went with the sarmsx LiquiCia and tried to dose it the same.
I thought I shook it enough, maybe I didn't. That's possible since .25ml would equal 6.25mg, which is 20% more than what I'm used to. Couple that with the fact that the liquid might be more potent and that might explain it. More dosage testing is in order but this time it won't be before a workout.

Rodger that. But what's weird is, the pill form of Cialis at 5mg made my dick as hard as woodpecker lips but the same approx dosage of the LiquiCia from sarmsx totally wrecked me. Thoughts?
Well, I started out at less than .25ml and it made me feel like absolute shit. I have taken the pill form of Cialis before with zero sides except for a slight headache after hard workouts and that was even with the cheap generic brand.
