The only thing that concerns me is the Sibutramine dosage. The highest dose when you could buy it was 15mg, take. Once a day but this has 20mg. Anyone have any thoughts or feedback on this?

I'd immediately take 25mg of Aromasin. That should cut the E roughly in half within about 9 hours or so. I'd take 12.5mg of Aromasin the following day and stay at 12.5mg EOD.

Last bloods my E was super low. No Aromasin for 4 weeks and got bloods this past Monday. Blood work was done 26hrs after last pin. My cycle is 250mg/ml twice a week. Just got results. Dosed 25mg of Aromasin and will start dosing 12.5mg every 3 or 4 days. I'm exceptionally happy with BGS gear...

Yep everyone is different. Some need EOD, some need E3D, some once a week, etc. As mentioned, the only way to dial it in is through blood work.
