no, thinking about doing a 5 min run in place warmup, or just walkign whatever. then 45 seconds run in place at the bottom of the stairs and then 15-30 seconds hit it hard. rinse repeat. then a cooldown for 5 mins at the end. like a 20 min hiit session
i was thinking about running stairs. 45 seconds moderate/15 seconds all out. 5 min warmup and 5 min cooldown at the end. no breaks at all between rounds?

yeh man everything was cleaned. it was the vit c from horseprerace so yeh... i put them both in a syringe 3cc total. the most i'd ever done on test was 2ml, so i'm sure that and the vit c burning was the problem. i seriously thought my arm was going to fall off, i drove to the er and sat outside...

how many calories is the flatbread? i use the whole wheat tortilla for my crust, 80 cal. put sliced up mushrooms, peppers, and jalepenos on it. with the turkey pepporoni. sometimes i'll use the walden farms barbeque to make a bbq chicken style. good stuff.
