I just started 20mg per day...using 2 10mg caps. I know half life is 24 hrs, making it convenient to take once per day. I take some other supps morning, noon and night, so I'm taking things am/pm anyway. Would it be best to split my ostarine dose to am/pm?

I like to get my test checked every so often but it's expensive going through my PCP. I've used UltaLabs before...not bad. Any other sites you would recommend? Cheapest way to get test levels checked?
